What is Positive Parties®?
Positive Parties® is an inspirational, motivational & transformational training & coaching company delivering fun workshops, programmes and seminars promoting Positive Mental Attitude in a unique ‘party style’ learning environment.
How does it work?
Positive Parties® is delivered by qualified Life Coaches/NLP* (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioners to individuals in their Work, at Conference, in Schools, in their Communities, at Sport Clubs & Dance Schools and at Home.
Positive Parties® Founder/CEO aims to deliver the first Positive Parties® experience to you company/organisation/school.
It is delivered in an ‘interactive and fun’ way, by combining music and games whilst equipping party participants with the tools for a positive attitude to lead more fulfilled lives.
These workshops are all delivered using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tools & techniques, which people of all ages and all walks of life are sure to retain as they associate this workshop with laughter & fun. Positive Parties is unique in that the learning is ‘party style’ and the interactive games provide such a different way for people to become associated to thinking ‘outside the box’ and getting out of their ‘comfort zones’. The music, games, prizes and party bags all create the fun party atmosphere where inspiration, motivation & transformation can begin.

What is NLP and what can it do for me and my organisation?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) may look and sound daunting, so here is a definition of it from the book ‘Brilliant NLP’ by David Molden and Pat Hutchinson.
“NLP is a set of tools and techniques to help deal with unhelpful patterns of thought and behaviour (some you won’t even know you have) and to introduce new, positive and constructive ways to improve your life.”
What is CBT and what can it do for me and my organsiation?
CBT, or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, is a talking therapy. It has been proved to help treat a wide range of emotional and physical health conditions in adults, young people and children. CBT looks at how we think about a situation and how this affects the way we act.
I really liked all the activities and learned about how to stay positive and anchor a positive memory to use when need be. I wouldn’t change a thing about this workshop. It was brilliant and I would recommend it to others.
I loved the laughing and learned that it is good to get together as a team and laugh and I learned new tools and techniques on how to be and stay positive too.
