Well it’s been ‘busy busy’ and Positive Parties as a company is really starting to get a name for itself! So, if you want us to come to your company, community, business, school or sports club you better secure a booking quickly, as the Positive Parties diary is filling up fast! We travel anywhere within the UK, Ireland and Europe. International is available & we are growing so that our franchisees will deliver in their own region.
Big excitement this month as Denise was asked to be the inspirational speaker at the Positive Living Network events in Belfast and Dublin organised by Jenny Grainger and Eoin Scolard from Fresh Start Coaching. It was an honour to be asked and Denise enjoyed every minute of it.
As Denise says, ‘This is very humbling’……but here is what some of the attendees at the Positive Party in Belfast wrote afterwards.
“The laughter in the room tonight created a wonderful atmosphere and it was a fantastic night.”
“Denise is an inspirational person.”
“Very much enjoyed the night, great fun, laughter, play. WOW! What a night!”
“I feel great.”
“Brilliant. Great. Energising. Thanks.”
“Had great fun.”
“Loved Denise’s natural, authentic and funny presentation.”
“I really enjoyed the atmosphere and happiness.”
“It was fantastic.”
And this is what the Dublin participants had to say………..
“Thanks for doing the party. I liked the children’s games and the thought process they provoke. A nice evening.”
“Loved turning the bad feeling into a mad experience. Great night, loved the dancing & laughter.”
“Really good fun night, great presentation.”
” I loved your positive energy, sense of humour, style & more.”
“Great energy at the Positive Party”
Denise also spoke in own her home town at the Inspire Workshop at Strabane District Council offices, giving her account of how she started up Positive Parties and has positively moved it forward to the successful business it is today.
Other news is that Positive Parties are now contributing to ‘Startacus, the self start society.’ Check out Denise’s article on how to be and stay positive in business on http://startacus.net/culture/how-to-be-stay-positive-in-business
Next month we start our KISS (Keep It So Simple) Culture Programme in the City of Culture for Apex Housing. We have planned 3 weekly sessions to 4 different groups of residents with the focus on positive culture, reminiscence and celebrations. It’s going to be lots of fun and we are really looking forward to it.
We also have a Positive Parties workshop for a school staff team as part of their health and well being day and a Positivity session for a group of community activists taking their campaign to Parliament Buildings, Stormont. Plus a programme for Cooperation Ireland’s ‘Generations for Peace’ Programme, running workshops for primary school children and their grandparents encouraging and promoting positive connections & positive play.
Our corporate programme is growing too and Denise travels to London mid May to partake in UK top Life Coach – Fiona Harold’s course and make more connections in London where we know we have a strong market.
